2027 Membership Renewal

Renewing works differently this year.Please read to the end and do both steps.

Early renewal for your 2027 club membership opens October 1.

Do you need to renew?

  • Joined the club on or after September 1, 2026? You are already paid to December 31, 2027. Nothing to do.
  • Everyone else, please renew using the two steps below.
Two steps, both needed:
  1. Pay at Pickleball Canada
  2. Update CourtReserve

2027 prices

  • Early renewal: $20, October 1 to December 31, 2026
  • Regular price: $40, after December 31, 2026
  • Good until: December 31, 2027

Step 1: Pay at Pickleball Canada

Before you start, have these ready:
  • Your Pickleball Canada email and password
  • Your DUPR ID, if you have one (see step 7 for how to find it)
  • A Visa or Mastercard
  1. Go to our club page: Nanaimo Pickleball Club on Pickleball Canada
  2. Click LOGIN at the top and log in.

  3. Go back to the club page on the Pickleball Canada website and click JOIN-RENEW. JOIN-RENEW button on the club page
  4. Under Membership type, choose “Renewal Annual NPC membership for current NPC member only”.
  5. Under Member #, click the box that says “Click to lookup your membership #”. Please do not click “I am a new member”. Membership type and Member number lookup
  6. Enter your name, sex and birth date. Choose Pickleball BC, then click Search. Member lookup window
  7. The form asks “What is your DUPR ID”. You must fill it in. Type your DUPR ID. No DUPR ID? Just type No.
    Where to find your DUPR ID: open the DUPR app and tap the share button at the top right. Your ID shows there.
  8. Check your details, click PROCEED TO NEXT STEP, and pay.

The club page says “Joining is a three-step process”. That part is for new members. You are renewing, so please ignore it and follow the steps on this page.

Step 2: Update CourtReserve

You are not finished until you do this step.

Now open CourtReserve, on the app or the website.

  1. Open My Membership:
    • On the app: tap More at the bottom right, then My Membership. CourtReserve app More menu, My Membership
    • On a computer: click your name at the top right, then My Membership. CourtReserve website name menu, My Membership
  2. Click Change Membership. Change Membership button
  3. Find “PCO-Early Member renewal 2027” and click Learn More. PCO-Early Member renewal 2027 card
  4. Click Review & Finalize. It shows Free. That is correct, because you already paid in Step 1. Review and Finalize button
  5. Click Verify Account to finish. Verify Account button
  6. Your home screen now shows “PCO-Early Member renewal 2027” under your name. CourtReserve home screen showing the renewal
You are renewed once both steps are done.

If you have not renewed by December 31, your membership is no longer current. From January 1, 2027, your club membership is suspended until you renew at the $40 price.
